  • Completing contact lens / glasses orders for patients
  • Identifying and verifying patient prescriptions
  • Processing transations for customers
  • Recommending proper lens coatings and typese
  • Directing people to the best brands and materials for their lifestyles
  • Helping people pick out frames that suit them best, taking into account face shape, bridge fit, lifestyle, and prescription
  • Taking accurate measurements to ensure a perfect fit
  • Checking new glasses and making adjustments if necessary
  • Helping first-timers learn to use contact lenses
